We feel extremely honoured that our firm’s partner Jordi López has been appointed as one of the nine arbitrators of the CAS Ad hoc Division for the Olympic Games of Milano-Cortina 2026 that will be starting in the following days, being available remotely. The arbitrators of such Ad hoc Division are in charge of resolving any disputes covered by Rule 61 of the Olympic Charter, insofar as they arise during the Olympic Games or during a period of ten days preceding the Opening Ceremony of the Olympic Games.
