Luis Torres Montero and Joan Milà Cailà, lawyers of our Sports Law Department, participate in issue 18 of Football Legal with an article on the treatment by the FIFA Disciplinary Committee of discriminatory chants by fans. In their work, they analyze in depth the system implemented by FIFA for the fight against discrimination in soccer, analyzing the sanctioning regime provided for in the Disciplinary Code and the jurisprudence of both the FIFA Disciplinary Committee and the Court of Arbitration for Sport (TAS-CAS) in this matter.
