Visiting the website www.statim.es (hereinafter, the Website) does not imply that the user (hereinafter, the User) is obliged to provide any information or data of a personal nature. In the event that the User provides personal data through the Website, they will be treated subject to the provisions of the data protection regulations applicable at any time.

Such consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the legality of the treatment based on the consent prior to its withdrawal. Your data will be stored depending on the purpose of the treatment that we make of it in accordance with the following:

- In case 2 above, during a maximum period of 1 year from receipt of the job application or your CV;

- In case 3 above, until you revoke your consent;

after which time, the data may be kept for whatever period of time is required by the applicable legislation and until the statute of limitations on potential liability derived from the established relationship expires.

You are also informed that you have the right to file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (“Agencia Española de Protección de Datos").

We also inform you that, with respect to such data, you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation to treatment, and transferability provided for in articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of April 27 in the terms established by the current legislation, by writing to STATIM LEGAL, S.L.P., Avenida Diagonal 624, 2º2ª, 08021 Barcelona or by email info@statim.es.

The User guarantees the veracity, accuracy, authenticity, and validity of the personal data that s/he provides us and undertakes to notify us of any change that may occur with them. Likewise, in the event that the User provides us with the personal data of third parties, s/he declares and guarantees that s/he has informed said third party in this regard, as well as of the terms of this Privacy Policy. The User will be liable for any damages and losses that could be incurred in the event of violating such statements and guarantees.
