Statim, together with the US firm EBADAT, has advised and represented Blue Crow Sports Group on the sale to 885 Capital of its majority stake in Club Deportivo Leganés, of the Spanish Liga.
The transaction was led by @EBADAT partner Soheil Ebadat, together with associates Kiara C. and Brian Rogers. The Spanish side of the transaction was handled by Statim, with a team comprising our partners Jordi López and Yago Vázquez Moraga Vázquez and associate Ariadna Perez Lecha Pérez Lecha.
The buyer, 885 Capital, was represented by the firms SIDLEY and Pérez-Llorca.
This transaction demonstrates the continued attractiveness of the Spanish sports industry to international investors.
