Luis Torres Montero

Luis is an attorney specializing in arbitration and providing contractual and regulatory advice to athletes, agents, and sporting entities, with experience in football player transfers and dispute resolution in the national and international context

Luis is an attorney and member of the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Valencia (Valencia Bar Association) who specializes in arbitration and contractual and regulatory advisory for athletes, agents, and sporting entities.  He contributes his extensive experience in football player transfer operations, as well as drafting and negotiating representation agreements, a practice he engaged in during his time at an English law firm, where he began his professional career.  Additionally, he has ample experience in resolving disputes at the national and international level, defending the interests of the firm’s clients in federative and arbitration proceedings of a sporting nature, particularly before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), UEFA, and FIFA.
