Associate
Maria is an attorney specializing in litigation and arbitration, as well as commercial law. She has dual citizenship (Spain and U.S.) and holds an LL.M. in international litigation and arbitration from the United States.
Maria is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association and develops her practice mainly in litigation, arbitration, and commercial matters, acting before state courts and arbitration tribunals and advising clients in corporate matters and commercial transactions of varied nature.
In the litigation area, she represents clients in judicial proceedings, both in civil and commercial matters, including, among others, corporate, contractual, civil liability, and unfair competition or antitrust law disputes. She also defends the interests of our clients in commercial arbitration proceedings (national and international), both ad hoc and institutional. In the commercial area, Maria advises clients in the context of commercial transactions and general corporate advice, as well as in contractual matters.
